Description
Interior of cave below Pilot Road Point with recently fallen boulders in the foreground. These are the boulders that prompted the beginning of Pat Greenfield's 'Tongaporutu Coastline' project. When photographed here, they had only just fallen, but were gone when she returned in a fortnight's time. Striations of rock visible. Pool of water and another section of cliff face seen through a tear drop shaped cave mouth. The light has a blueish tone. Photograph taken 27 April 2003.
