Badge, Patch

Description
A cloth badge originally worn on the lapel of a school or church group jacket. It has a black felt background embroidered with white text and images. The badge features a scroll along the lower edge. " NON SIBI SED TOTI " is marked in black on the scroll. Running diagonally from the top right corner to the lower left are a series of white bars. A lantern with smoke is in the top left corner, and a mountain ( presumably Mount Taranaki / Egmont ) is located in the lower right corner. The rear has green threads evident and newspaper and tissue paper backing which is deteriorating. The edges of the badge are frayed from having been removed from original garment.

This could be a church group or school. The lamp is an oil one, oft quoted in biblical text, "a lamp unto my feet" or lamp showing my path"
