A Spong's No. 5 meat grinder with a wide oval feeding spout and metal crankshaft with a wooden handle. There are two external mincing plates held in place by a wing nut and it has a clamp at the bottom to fix it to a bench. " GENERAL CHOPPER" is fitted on the shaft.
