An account of Malcolm Belcher's efforts to gain a hearing for his grievances relating to the methods of repayment for Ex Servicemen's Settlement balloted farms during the post war years.
Belcher's method of protest to Parliament, two bombs set off in the grounds of Parliament on the 26 April 1955 saw him incarcerated in the Porirua Mental Hospital for three years. During his time in hospital he made some recordings which form part of this collection. He continued to fight against the injustices until his death in 1992.
