A navy blue wool tam-o-shanter with a silver-coloured New Zealand Army Ordinance Corps badge on the front. There is black imitation leather material around the lower edge of the hat. The inside reads: "Army Property/Made by Hills Hats Ltd./ Wellington, N.Z."
