SCOTT SOUT POLE JAN 18 1912 " is marked around this. The medal is sealed in a light blue cardboard mount. " SOUTH POLAR / DIAMOND ANNIVERSARY / CANTERBURY MUSEUM / CENTENNIAL APPEAL / ANTARCTIC WING 1971/72 " is marked on the mount.
