Circular gold metal award, with raised linear design forming a 'T' on front, and the letters 'CA' in centre, with leaf fronds either side. Green ribbon with metal pin. Lettering "TWIN CITIES AREA COUNCIL CAMERA CLUBS" around edge. Engraved on reverse "1968 COLOR / W. KLEEMAN".
