Production date
A fashion plate that depicts three women in a salon. It is a supplement to "The Queen" from June, 7 1890 and the title along the bottom reads: "Latest Paris Fashions". All women are wearing floral printed gowns. The woman in the centre is sitting down and is wearing a very elaborate gown. It has light-coloured flowers printed on it and a square-shaped open neckline that is edged with ruffles. There are ruffles along the bottom made of lace that are pulled up slightly with ribbons. She is holding a bouquet of flowers. The woman on the viewer's right is wearing a similar style gown with a small vest. The print is striped with alternating flowers and the back is full showing the bustle shape. The other woman is wearing a dark green gown with a floral-printed apron-style front and sleeves to match. She has a tasselled edge along the front neckline and is holding a fan.
